kenny & stuff

don't have tons of time to write... but oh, the concert was so much fun!! i rode the special sounder train to tacoma and met up with brandon and his family at the kmps booth. ichabod caine of the "waking crew" was right up front and i shook his hand and said hello. we eventually headed up to our seats to get settled. before the concert began, both b and i got calls from ryan and peter at the same time. struggling to hear, we chatted a bit as brandon's sister laughed at us sitting there both talking on our cells. ha ha... good times. anyways, the concert finally began with uncle kracker doing a mix of songs, including "drift away" and "follow me," of course. he was cool, but i couldn't wait for rascal flatts! they sang for almost an hour and were really amazing. gary's voice is just incredible and it was so great to just sing along with every song - i loved it. then, after a complete stage change, it was time for kenny!! having seen many of his videos created with footage from concerts, i was confident he was an awesome performer, but getting to experience it myself was great. he looked like he was having a blast up on stage so it made for a fun time. he sang a few songs off the new album, plus plenty off "no shoes, no shirt, no problems," and even some classics like "she think's my tractor's sexy" and "how forever feels." so yes, he was awesome and i defintely had a wonderful time. what fun!!

I'm really glad that you had fun, Jessica. That sounds like it was a blast. I'm slightly jealous. Anyway, I hope that you and Briggs did something fun last night. Ciao.
